I met Jesse Warmka as he was highly recommended via my cousin’s referral (Jesse was successful in finding a home for him). I was totally impressed with Jesse when I first met him in Palm Coast, Florida – during my nine-day vacation in July of 2020. I explained to him that I had an interest in selling my Condo in Frederick, Maryland in hope to Retire in Florida to purchase a home. I have to admit that I was concerned because of the challenge of living in another state and could not afford to fly back & forth. My Blessing was Jesse relieved me of my anxiety attacks by constantly sending me different homes, stayed in touch and assured me he could make it happen. The ending result is that Jesse sealed the deal for me in a matter of seven months that allowed me to close on February 26th 2021. I highly recommend Jesse with his professionalism, positive & courteous attitude and the bonus is, he also stays in touch with me if I need to ask questions for contractors, He is my Go-To Realtor. Jesse was very professional and knowledgeable. In any property transactions, complications will arise. Ours was really smooth right up until day of closing. The sellers were still in the process of moving out well past the time for closing. Jesse maintained his professional demeanor and we were able to move forward with the closing despite other incidents that occurred subsequently. For example, the mortgage company contact was not available after 5pm on Friday after all the papers were signed. Jesse was able to use his professional contacts to resolve the issue and reach a person in the company that could supply the necessary information. I highly recommend Jesse whether buying or selling your property. His professional service is second to no one.

Jesse is an amazing realtor. He took care of everything as we had already moved to another state while our house was for sale. He made sure the yard was taken care of, the roof got replaced, the house got pressure washed. If you want your house sold quickly and need someone who can make sure it happens, choose Jesse!
